Fons, am I right in thinking that yellow bikes are free to anyone to use, or is it white bikes?

There was a thing called 'het witte fietsenplan' ,(translated, the white bike project), in the '60-ties, a free means of transport in the city, nowadays there are cheap rentals i suppose.

Lens is a totally manual *bay fisheye 8mm f/3.5. It doesn't even have aperture coupling, but some aberrations to boot
