I almost drove off the road when I saw it. This 13 is big, it’s about seven feet high.

Of course, I immediately thought of this thread.

Almost a magic square

You have a 13 allright, and also a 39 (3 times 13). But then most of the numbers you can form in any direction are primes, except those ending by 2 (and 21):

93 is not a prime, but close.

  I found another one of those streetlights. I can see now they are numbered in sequence by zone. It gives me hope of finding more  :)
