Urban areas can encounter adverse effects of Climate Change .... Increased precipitation and temperature changes lead to more avalanches, mud slides, and spate flooding.

Akira, Tokyo landscapes are beautiful. I especially like the "4-stitch pano...". Very dreamlike.

Very compelling image Bjørn. Was this in Oslo? Similar effects are happening in Bangalore (and other places in India) as well.
Massive cloud-burst couple months back - many cars went under water in low areas of Bangalore. And, India's car insurance rules are weird. When water goes away, if you start the engine "without presence of insurance company representative" insurance won't cover for any damage!! We are not suppose to move the car from scene at all.
