Left, which makes perfect sense when you are righthanded
Thank you Fons - you make perfect sense to me too :)  I thought I was odd!

I see better on my left eye so I use that one, although my dominant eye is the right one

Do lefthanders (southpaws) turn their cameras upside down, when shooting?

I'm left-handed, but regardless of that, I did that when I tried a makeshift relay-lens system through which the image is turned upside down.

I'm right handed, and have shot mostly with my right eye. That said, over the past year or two I've increasingly used my left eye. Tried it while trying to get a good angle for a shot from inside a cramped moving vehicle (at the local Open Range zoo).

As a leftie you just get used to doing many things with your right hand, as most tasks are simple enough to be accomished with your non-dominant hand.  Using mice, camera buttons, etc.

Using righty oriented tools as a lefty often has great perks.  I know I'd rather have my dominant hand doing the focusing than just pressing the shutter button, for example.  I think we lefties got the better end of the deal with cameras! 😉

I'm about 2/3 right eyed, which means I can switch without any hassle. Not the same with hands, however.

For those of you who don't now how to find out, hold your arms straight out in front of you and make a triangle with your thumbs and index fingers.  Pick a focal point, place it in the middle of your hand's triangle.  Now, while keeping both eyes open, slowly bring your hand in to your face while keeping the focal point in the center of your hand's triangle.  You will find your triangle will find it's way to your master eye.  Your other eye just provides stereo depth.

Wow, that's interesting!  My master eye is the left eye.  So, I was right!  (no pun intended!)

Left eye, especially using the Leica M9 the MF with the rangefinder feels best, I also recall shooting, aiming with my left eye feels best.
I'm right handed...

Interesting test !

I use my right eye although I am left handed.

However, I write with right hand as I was forced by teacher.

The result shows a right eye's dominance which can be explained by ergonomics matter : it's more comfortable to rest our nose on the smooth back screen rather than on the multi directional pad if you use your left eye.

I am not sure about this assumption, just my feeling. ;)
