Jan 18th, even the dog statues get some insulation now the winter has started in this part of the UK

The temperature actually dropped below zero degrees Celsius last night, luckily I was working from home to capture my new neighbours grazing in the frosty white grasslands from my kitchen windows.

Really dig these windows btw, they are like a living painting with an ever changing scenery. Last Friday a fazant sat 2 meters from the left window, we spotted each other at the same time so there wasn't any time to make a cool shot but for a guy whom lived in Amsterdam for the last decade it was a rather special moment to see such a beautiful bird from his own kitchen ;D

Yep, kilts and boots. In the second shot I said "Hey, you're wearing a skirt." He started laughing. He is into cycling and we talked of bicycles. He has a nice collection of Colnagos.
