Nikon Wireless Transmitters

I have a question to those that shoot and post to social media in addition to their own websites. Nikon's Wireless Transmitters seem to be priced high. An affordable option is the 'Eye-fi Card' that is currently out. They now have a CF Card adapter now for CF card users but must use their dedicated memory card to marry up to the adapter......Now, my question is....Who here posts photos straight from their camera to Instagram or any website through their iPhone, iPad, laptop or other tablet? And if so, what do you use....I am caught between the Nikon WT and the Eye-Fi card...I know you get what you pay for....But was curious to see what users thought of their experiences with wifi products...

To post something on social media, I would want to be very selective, crop, possibly adjust, and add a comment.
It seems to me, I would want to get image(s) to my phone or tablet, then work from there.
