Hello! I'm Art from Wisconsin; started long ago with a used Nikon F and a Nikkor-Q 200mm f/4, picked up a K series 50mm f/2. Thought i was good to go, but was missing metering in the camera! Found a used FG a number of years later; used that for a good ten years (still have it

). Along comes an FA (still have that too). Loved the FA. An F4 presents itself for a very reasonable price, used that for a few years. My son purchased a D70 when it first came out, so i had a digital camera to try. Found i did not like the D70 very much at all as i missed the dials. Then Nikon comes out with the Df; love at first sight!
now i find that the Df works so well with my collection of manual focus Nikkors, I only have two AF lenses (50 & 85mm 1.8 AF-S), that it's hard to decide what to upgrade to the newer AF lenses (if at all...)
i do enjoy reading about and researching lenses online. I have a very high opinion of Bjørn, and his reviews as i have found them very close to what I get for results... And boy does the 400mm Nikkor P.C f/5.6 shine on the Df!
So, thanks Bjørn (now i just need to figure out how to get the alternate character set on my laptop keyboard

)
