Lovely portraits, all of them, especially the detail in the bearded gentleman who really looks like he was teleported over from the renaissance :)

Yes a wizard ... he was fixated on turning my Canon into a Nikon.

Very compelling portraits, Gary. Like they are shots from those eighteenth century theme movies. Needless to say I like all of them, although  the very first one pulled me back multiple times. Thanks for sharing! :)

From the very first image, all I noticed were the eyes. Intense and engaging. I like them a lot.

The tight framing, the body language of the subjects, and the intensity in their eyes makes for a superb set of photos.

But what really makes this group of photos stand out is the ability and skill of the photographer.
