Thank you Birna - just what the doctor ordered!
It has peaked today at 41 Deg C, but we have had a cold change accompanied with high winds (which has just blown out a section of my fence at home). Aargh!
Try putting this on the top of your head ... a natural block of ice frozen on a river bank, as found and captured today with the 55CRT-Nikkor f/1.2 lens on the Z6.
The tennis centre has recently had its roof closure feature speeded up, so it can now be closed in a matter of just a few minutes rather than over a half hour wait previously.
What we have down here is a kind of high temperature version of the northern hemisphere's cabin fever syndrome where the high outside temperatures keep people inside their airconditioned homes and offices. Then it gets you when you venture outside.....
I do however sympathise with those in the cooler northern climates at this time of prolonged cold for them.
Go to the Australian Open, I heard they have a roof and a fully air-conditioned arena
However, as you would like some snow, i would like some sunshine...
