Island of dreams

 . . . and if I was going to dream up an island, it would probably look like this (Loch Tay, a couple of days ago) -

Beautiful light - I really like the effects of the early morning sunlight on the mist, and the ripples from the first breeze of the day. The little patch of foreshore at the bottom right really anchors the image.

Fascinating David. Love that morning light.   Reminding me of the best works of Caspar David Friedrich.

I like the subtle trees behind the island, already lit by the sun, still hard to see due to the mist
