I like your spirit. When I was traveling on business, which often wasn't to the best places in the world. Everyday, I'd find an indigious, locals-only eatery and then order the longest name of the menu. My rules were that no matter what, I had to eat what I was served. It was a game I played ... I lost more often than I won.

I am not that daring, but I do like to check out local food and drink.

In Ireland I never touched Guinnes, but tried to sample as many local beers as I could.

Just read that Amsterdam is currently blocking new ice salons from opening as we already have 70 salons in the small city centre
