You need to redo your link, Jørgen. No image shows and I'm taken to a login page at Yahoo when the link is clicked.

I forget to change permissions on the photos way too often, I should probably change my settings somewhere on Flickr. Should be fixed now, I think?

I wouldn't dare. Apart from that it's an excellent picture.

This is a very strong and well executed shot. The color palette is exceptionally nice and the strong graphical elements of the background are well placed. The timing is great because not only does the boy happen to be standing at a good spot, but his body position and the slight motion blur together are conveying his motion very well. His smile contrasts the rather terrifying painting and fits well with the phrase on the right canvas.

Congratulations!

Only thing I can think of is an alternativ version where using pannig, follow the little boy with the lens while at slow shutter speed. to get the text and graphics sligtly drawn out horizontaly...

The strong colors were what first attracted me. The boy is my son and I didn't catch the moment the first time, so I had him run along the wall a couple of times more. I was lucky enough that he actually obliged :)

A panning version could work quite well I think, good idea.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions.

I really enjoy viewing this image. There's a lot going on and when combined it brings a smile to my face. I like the timing and the spot on the sidewalk.

A great shot, with boots and smile... :-)
