They are all great, but the color version stands out imo. - Works great with the complementary colors of the yellowish tree against the blues of the water and rocks.

Thank you Lars. I remember this was what drove me to take the picture, although maybe the colours are not really how they were, especially the Rockwall. But this does not really matter, I guess.

Another couple of shots scanned most likely from Fuji Provia.
The first is from September 2004 (Little Arethusa above Highwood Pass in Kanaskis Country, AB).
The second is from Maligne Canyon (Jasper Nat. Park, AB). This was taken in October the same year.

Another great set Simone! - the water fall is my favourite and once again the colors are really fine.   

What equipment and software do you use for scanning? I have a considerable amount of slides - mostly Kodachrome and I know they can be tricky to scan.

The waterfall is one of my favourite and it is hanging off the wall in the lounge.
For scanning I use an old Minolta Dimage Scan Dual IV.
Even when it was new, in 2004, it was a consumer model.

It is one of my all times favourites.
