The hybrid sneezeweeds (
Helenium sp.
) are bringing in some of the local pollinators including an unwell bumblebee (
Bombus sp.
) that exhibits an infestation of
Varroa destructor
mites on thorax and abdomen. These parasitic mites are the bane of commercial beekeepers and are implicated in the overall decline of domestic and wild bee populations. The hover fly
Syrphus sp.
is a common visitor.

Nice documentation. Apparently the older AF 200/4 Micro still delivers on the newer cameras.

I don't own the D750, but something tells me that if I were to buy a new camera, that would be the one!
