Nice way to blow the dust off of a 13-year-old camera.  The image from a 8MP CCD sensor doesn't look any inferior or outdated.

I'd rather concern about the LCD screen of such an old digital camera.  Isn't it deteriorated yet?

No it is in great condition.  (Only 5.600 shutter count) 

The viewfinder is also very clear, better than the later Olympus E-500. The E-1 was the top- camera in those days.

It's a joy to use this camera. And with a small adapter (Ai-4/3) it will take all Nikon lenses.
