It's a baby grasshopper; it lives on that dry mulberry leaf—it's its thermal blanket. I have a grasshopper nursery in the garden; they live in the rosemary bush under the mulberry tree.I think it's an (Issidae), it's not a grasshopper, but it jumps very well.
