The petite Cooke Speed Panchro series 1 1" f/2 lens on my black Nikon Z fc. Seen in IR, which discloses the focusing adapter and Arca plate reflect a lot in IR, but not the lens itself.  I'll paint the inside of the mounting disc with flat black later. The Z fc is IR-dark except for the top dials.

(IR by Panasonic GF1, Lumix 20/1.7)

Big fair in La Lïnea starts with the coronation of the Queen of the city and then a parade.

All over the world, people tend to be sucked into these teleportation devices. Apparently by their own volition (?)

When television was introduced it was called the "idiot's lantern."

Raymond Chandler, back in 1950, wrote: "And as for the commercials – well, I understand that the concoction of these is a business in itself, a business that makes prostitution or the drug traffic seem quite respectable."

Smartphones are just the latest manifestation.

Since Daniel is probably still on vacation in Croatia, this little impression from southern Germany will suffice.

Many thanks Jürgen. We enjoyed our last evening in Rovinj and fly home today.

"Idiot Box" was the common term in the US.

IR "glow" gives an alternative reality to many scenes.
