Aegopodium Podagraria is edible and quite good actually. Harvest when it has 5 leaves and cook it like spinach.
BTW, you cannot win against it. It was a stapple of vegetable gardens back in Middle Ages but was banned because of its enthusiastic and unstoppable spreading. I eat it, in order to at least enjoy something from it.
Thinking of it, its flowering is not bad either.

Directly by a heavy teaffic road it is not a good idea to eat the leaf of a plant

Simple meadow

Enjoyable for pollinators, and human spectators as well :)

By the way, "weed" is something in Nature we humans don't like. Nothing wrong with these species as such.

Humans may prefer *sharp* images, but photographers might think otherwise? Anyway, even unsharp images should be captured at the critical moment.

That place is wonderful, at what altitude is it?
