Yes, a tempting idea.

I recall that Birna has such a modified Z5 in "Mk 1" form.

I still wait and see if the next DX release will be with a new IBIS high resolution DX-sensor.
I like the smaller size and higher pixel density and also lower price level.
If not this camera could be for me......
