The Kerria  with  D5 28/1.4E a few days ago  compared now with the D850 35/1.4G



The Kerria today with the D850 and AFS 35/1.4G   The bokeh is more 'creative' with the 35G  ;)

I'd suspect the grass Deschampsia caespitosa.

John, that 35/1.4G a lovely lens has been a favourite of mine, despite the bad rap its been getting!

So you're suggesging that the field is flat and the lumps are just vegetation?
I will have to test that and report back :)
