Frank, I remember we cross paths with her and her husband just by chance on our way to the seafood restaurant in the fisherman's neighbourhood.

  Strong fractal composition and the strong ceremonial color makes it perfect to add the person for good measure and round up the reading of the image.

I think all those added material is to scare away the birds?  They are nice from agraphic point of view
