  That shape echo/complementary color contrast with the ears and the plant is very effective and interesting. Hight key back ground to support a young cuteness overload. Lease consider the "shape echo" thread for this image as well.

  I think the 24-70mm vr shines with D3 and D5

Yes, the 24-70 vr is also excellent on the Z6 and Z9. Actually I prefer the VR above the too perfect 24-70 2.8S  which gives a bit life-less results.

And the 24-70vr also shines on the D700 but that is not a surprise. ;)
