How do you like the D3X as of today?
Color accuracy, sharpness and resolution are unique with the D3X. It is of course the professional Nikon DSRL with the highest MP and pixelcount of 25mp. De camera display on the back cannot handle that details of the sensor in 1000%, so after downloading the images you can see the actual results. Downsizing gives incredible detailed images. I have never seen this with another (and modern) camera.
Drawback is the low ISO sensitivity (Max 6400 ISO), perhaps comparable with the D200 or Fuji S5 Pro, but with fast lenses that 'problem' is minimal. And for high ISO there is the Nikon D3S.
I was lucky to find a Nikon D3X and a D3S with a shuttercount around 4000 images. A great 'new' combination.
