Ruth is growing window cucumbers again -- maybe the crop isn't impressively large however produce is tasty and the vines also make for a nice subject for the 400mm f/4.5 Nikkor Z on the Z9.

I love the translucency you've captured in the leaves Birna,

I need some tips from Ruth: cucumbers are still a novelty crop for me. 2 in my greenhouse are only growing slowly and so taken ages to produce these cakes.
4 planted outside have produced more vegetative growth, but fruit are barely 2-3 cm long

Waterloo Fire had asked if there was any interest among home-schoolers to visit a fire station. The response was so overwhelming that they could not accommodate everyone, so instead they came to a handy park. This is an aerial truck. The platform at the top has assorted nozzles for spraying water from a height.

Nikon Z6, 24-70mm f/4S.
