A stroller sees in IR
« on: May 04, 2023, 06:39:46 »
It was pleasant in Tokyo today, and I decided to take a walk but limit myself to shoot in IR.  All images were shot with SIGMA fp and Nikkor-H 28mm f3.5 with Zomei IR850 filter on it.  The exposure time was around 4-10 sec at ISO 1250.

Nice.

But I'd like to see stronger blacks, and whites ;-)

These Tokyo days are lovely, but not great for photography, apart from IR B&W.

I felt inspired by this.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts.  I was aiming at more of dreamy images, but the contrast could be a bit higher nevertheless.  Here are the re-edited versions.

In #3100, you have extracted a pleasing, settled composition out of the natural randomness. What photographers do!

Thank you, Keith.  I'm just flattered.
