At the entrance of Stadsbos013 on the road to 'Grotto'

The day started sunny and cold, and ended in rain and cold.

Nice scene, John. Same weather in Amersfoort. I was back just in time from my bicycle ride.

Is this an uncroped APS-C frame?  The Heligon seems to perform marvelously on the relatively large sensor and at distance.

Yes. The field is very flat and apart from some mild blue fringing on high-contrast transitions, the rendition is very smooth with high sharpness.

The 100 Rodenstock will almost cover the 24x36 FX format at infinity focus, but the corners disclose the format exceeds the circle of acceptable image quality. On the Z fc, there is no such issue. The focusing helicoid I put on the 100 Rodenstock allows focus from approx. 80 cm to infinity with the Z cameras, but of course I can add extension if closer focus is desired.

Beautiful Birna.

Reminds me that I still have to finish the  mount on my Rodenstock....

Birna, thank you for the details and inspiration.

Forgot to pack my XQD card, so I had to use the iPhone 11.   Like Akira I had my limitations too ;)

This should be the last one of Ani for a while as I´m back at Cádiz. Beautiful couple of days, sunny and cold.

Thanks Luc.  Today was better,  more sun, but occasional rain, in some darker clouds.

Today I got out with the IR d200 and the 70-200mm 3.5-5.6 vr. That couple works very well indeed.

Thank you Luc. Cádiz will most certainly not disappoint.

Lovely Fons. The frame partitions in color and sutil leading lines makes perfect set up to read the calm atmospheric ambiance.
