OT: shared library for business graphics
« on: December 20, 2021, 19:54:07 »
I am building out a shared graphics library for business graphics. We have access to OneDrive and/or could do Amazon, Google, or DropBox. We would like keywords or tags.

* One idea is to run a software tool like FastStone or XNview against a shared folder (OneDrive DropBox)
* Another idea is a cloud image drive like Amazon or Google
* third might be to use an actual photography gallery

While not a photography question, I appreciate all the expertise in this forum in managing image files!

Probably 3-4 people will have librarian functions (add, move, tag, folderize) and 50-100 people as end users. Maybe 3K graphics.

Any leads or ideas appreciated!

Rob.

I found this old post of mine and figured i would give an update on what we selected.

We went with PickIt with is a group DAM for sharing digital assets. I highly recommend it and if anyone has questions, let me know.
