Thank you Paco, Zfc a lovely package handy lightweight, now the 16-50mm not all that bad, we need adequate primes, Viltrox is offering a small set of f/1.4 dx primes, 23mm, 33mm and 56mm f/1.4.
Thanks Birna.

Ruth went around the house corner into the woods and picked wild berries for our breakfast cereals. Nights have been below freezing already so this is last call for harvesting Nature's surplus.

Their taste is superb.

The Viltrox 23mm f/1.4 is an excellent addition to the Z fc and likely for the Z50 as well. Quite small and really good image quality, plus it "talks" to the camera and its electronics. Did I mention a modest price point too?

By the way, I have pre-ordered the new Z-version of the 18-140 for my Z fc. I might add a Viltrox 56mm to have a fast prime in addtion to the 23mm.

Yes will order the V. 23/1.4 its on my mind, the 18-140mm also comes in f-mount the Z-mount  likely to be better, 56/1.4 i wonder how it will compare to the Voigtländer, and the afp70-300mm f/4.5-5.6E is good .

Fons: the 16-50 seems to like your Z fc :)

Paco: very paco-esque.

Thank you Birna. The bridge is very appealing and the the foreground street lamp´s shape reminded me of some flower stamen.

Colorful scene in Vilaflor, Tenerife. I post this while watching on TV live images from the volcano eruption on nearby La Palma. A very strange feeling.

Thanks John. The bright light and colors are ideal for Kodachrome like images. Nice abbey by you.

Indeed.  That reminds me of the Kodachrome tone that I cherished during the film days.  Nice!

A walkaround this morning. I love what that round wall makes with the light.
