The moment you capture looks more impressive than the processing which looks even cool.

If only I'd had a monopod, I'd have been able to focus. But this was just a dot in the trees, so I was happy to capture anything.

Kind of frustrating that even at 1/1000 second nothing was really in focus. Of course magnifying was just a crap shoot, as I couldn’t even see the eyes. Focus highlighting was deceptive, and wrong :-(

With a mirror lens a stable platform seems to be even more important than a fast shutter speed.

Thank you. The moment, Akira, is out of my control. I was trying to get an image of the couple on the stairs and so there  you will find the focus point. The other couple enter the frame with a different look and attitude so I decided to wait a little and include them. Just as I pressed the shutter the motorcycle came out of nowhere and position itself perfectly in the corner. Not my fault  ;D ;)
For the processing I had in mind the scenes of the movie "serenity" when they are in the planet "Miranda" even as I was shutting around. Then reality hit in the computer and I dial down the highlights and got rid of a bluish cast. So the original idea end up being a distant memory in someone else's mind... ::)

As you can see, I like the unique process behind each image.
