I want one. Does it levitate? I recently injured my back and had felt the need to lighten my camera backpack.

The Z9 looks good!

Built-in audio comment feature - -that's something I'd like to see on more camera models. The Z6 in the latest firmware update got it, in a convoluted fashion. Still nothing like this for the Z7.

And which lens? It's a Non-FTZ/Z-lens but I don't recognise it so it might/must be one of the tele lenses on the roadmap.

On the second picture, the Z9 is in the background. In front you have a D6 (or the like). So no Z9 pictures with lenses, but the first picture where you can see the back of the Z9.

And if it had a speech-to-text converter, would even be better (I believe the Sony A1 has it).

The lower camera (second picture) is probably a D6, it's not a Z camera. The lens attached has a zoom grip and narrow focus ring similar to the AF-S 28-300.

In the second picture, the Z9 is equipped with the FTZ and the AF-S NIKKOR 180-400mm f/4E TC1.4 FL ED VR. You can notice the “hump” where the TC is lodged, as well as the partial lettering “…400..” on the lens foot.

Control layout on the back looks like an extension of that of the Z6/Z7.
I'm so tempted.

Sorry about that, Dave.  But why would you want the heaviest Z body instead, say, Z7II?!

I love that this is your first comment on the Z9 in the wild!

Do you see a button or something, how did you know?

I want all the bells a whistle crammed into a camera that is too small for my hands.

In truth the Nikon Z7 II would probably be a great camera for me (not that I'm great enough to own one).  :(
