So if I read the Nikon Z lens roadmap taxonomy correctly, there are three distinct Nikon Z lens groupings at the moment:


* The S-Line (the professional lens grouping?)
* The DX-Line; and
* The non-DX and non-S line grouping, such as the new 40mm, 28mm, 50mm MC, and the planned 200-600mm zoom.
