MF Nikon 20mm UD, non Ai, (Help with cleaning a fogged element)

Auction site, "Clean, perfect glass." (I even asked the seller to open the aperture to 3.5 & shine a small flashlight up through the bottom element & check for defects.)

I received the lens. The outside is simply pristine. From the mount and looking at the aperture tab, it looks near brand new.

The bad; The inside of the front element is fogged, maybe old condensation, not quite the normal spider web, fungus look.

I an not a Neophyte. If not excessively expense, where can I send it to be cleaned?

(Or)

Can anyone give/show me a tear down procedure to pull the front element assembly and do it myself?

I wanted a 20mm for my Df. (OLD SCHOOL)Just set the HF distance on the lens barrel & shoot away.

I like the old UD design because of the long focus throw. Put infinity @ F8 slash mark & forget about it.

The AI 20/4 also has a very long focus throw at 140°, and much more compact than the UD.
The AI 20/3.5 isn't too bad either at 100°
The AI-S version is a bit short at 70°

I unscrewed the narrow pin on the side of the "Hood."
Then unscrew the nameplate ring?Then remove the outer hood, filter holder?

OTOH, I started a return for the 20mm UD & purchased a non-Ai F4, 20mm.

'That Auction Site" has turned into a generation of people who know nothing on condition, poor packaging. Yes, the dealers are holding common ground. I actually received a Nikon 12-24. shipped 3000 miles, (No padding) in a paper/poly business envelope. (It survived.)

This is part of my insanity trip into completing an old school carry sack for my Df. (All Nikon MF primes from 20mm - 300mm.)

(Is there an old folks home for Photographers?)
