Interestingly the image circle of Sigma 4.5mm circular fisheye for APS-C format is 12.3mm.  Theoretically it should work also on a m4/3 camera with 17x13mm sensor as circular fisheye via an appropriate adapter.

It does. Tried on my Panasonic GH-2 bodies. You need to have the field limiter ring on the lens, though, so angle of view is not 180 degrees.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Bjørn.  The necessity of the field limiter ring may suggest that the actual image circle is larger than indicated and more than 13mm?

More like there is this rather fuzzy peripheral part of the image that doesn't contribute much to the overall impact. Also might lead to cutting off the image circle, so adding the ring that comes with the lens (acts as a protection, and a mounting platform for a lens cap) is recommended.

Those Entaniya fisheyes are quite intriguing, I'll have a look at the product range after the upcoming move out of Oslo that hopefully does double duty by improving my economical situation

Indeed, it always disturbs me too and adds quite some time to get rid of...
