this is a really great portraiture/caricature image. The neon outline gives it just that effect. Great lighting gives this a real presence made perfect by all those primary colours working together on our senses. The sky colour looks particularly in tune with the rest.
Mongo has no doubt she would sell more fried chicken than a crusty old colonel !
Has to be one of the better images of this type that Mongo has seen.
