Some days it was hard to get to the park proper.   I wanted to stop at every pullout and explore the scenes on the way in!   lol

That sounds familiar. My wife and I have been in the same situation several times, been attracted by what was on the way bringing back piles of 'on the way' shots.

You are most welcome.  For our 15 years of travels together, my wife and daughter dominated the destinations (one of 2 coasts and always by the ocean).   This year was completely my pick.  First time to a park like this.  Not only did I want to share the great scenes, but the entire process and lessons learned.   I figure if I can make someone else's life easier, better or have them be more informed....that is a good thing.

I read your comentary with great interest; and I also enjoyed looking at your photographs of this beautiful area while realising that too many years have passed since I was last there.

America's National Parks are very special and we are so lucky to have them.
