A friend of mine actually did the reconstruction of part of the former radio building, repainting it and replacing some of the glass.
It's next to a military shooting range btw which contains a hidden pond named Gerritsflesch which is very photogenic and well known within the local photographic community. It does involve crawling through a fence and when the military police does catch you the fines can be pretty steep, I went there a couple of times roughly a decade ago when I was still actively doing local landscapes and luckily was never caught.
