Here is where it can get confusing. As you can see, there are 2 holes in each 120 degree point. one is for tightening the limiter adjustment ring (screws still there) and one is for securing the focusing ring (screws gone).

Perhaps my technical expression is not so good
I was looking for the tiny small screws to connect the focus ring to the helicoid (those screws broke and focussing is impossible now)
