Perfect timing Dave, I really enjoy your photo! Having tried many times I realize how challenging it is to get an image like this. Thank you for sharing!

Thanks, Tristin and Thomas.

Tristin - I usually do night shots with my 28m f2 AIS, stopped down to f4 to correct comma in stars near the edges of frame.

Thomas - there were a lot of meteors around that night so there was a good chance of catching one, but the fact that very bright one came into the shot at a very good place and at a good angle, was just luck.
