Driving is your mode of operation after a tasting? Crawling should be .... hahaha
Unfortunately, when I driver I only get to taste a sip of the stuff preselected by my wife ;-(

There is a place in the Santa Rita Hills, near Santa Barbara, (Pinot Noir country), called the Wine Ghetto. It is this small warehouse/industrial complex. The kind with an office space up front and a warehouse in the back. There are about 15 different vintners in the place. It is great, because you can just walk from taste-to-taste (or stagger, depending on your fortitude).

We had the best clam chowder in Bodega Bay.
