Really nice abstraction, Sten!  I wonder what caused the vertical banding by the way...

Don't know what the actual cause of the vertical banding is...maybe reflections from the car window.

Car glass is treated to break in a special way on impact. Quite visible when using a polarizer at circumstances. Maybe that to be seen here?

the vertical banding could be caused by the two surfaces of the car window,
bending the light two times on the way through the glas,
and not holding your cam right on to the glas surface of the car, but a little bit out of axis.

could this be the reason ?
please correct me if  i´m absolutly wrong !

This is the first I've seen where the color noise contributes to the photograph. A milestone has been reached!

Sten, Thomas and, hello Jørgen, thanks for your insights.

I also wonder what caused the red hue.  The image is full of wonder!
