A Goldenrod Solidago by the appearance of it? This genus has many species which can grow very tall indeed.

Thank you for ID, Birna.  Yes, it looks like the flower of that species.  It is called "Seitaka Awadachi-sou" in Japanese, and "Seitaka" means indeed "tall".  It is extremely invasive and excessively abundant on the river banks.

"Fumaria capreolata", They are very small flowers, you can see them now in the orchards of Murcia, they are called zapaticos. Nikon D200
