Taken a few years ago during a protest in what had been the Garment and Furrier's District here in downtown Toronto.
While most of the Furriers in Toronto had ceased to exist, there were still a few producing real fur garments, and as part of a protest against them a small group showed up with placards and stripped down to their underwear for effect. None of the three had the strength of their convictions to actually strip naked. The photographer in the bottom left corner was the unlucky young soul from one of the major newspapers who was assigned to cover this bit of theatre on a weekend.
As I was in the area that day, I stuck around long enough top grab this shot, and schmooze with the photographer for a bit and then left for more fertile ground.

The woman on the left is wearing a pair of socks that don't match, so what does she know? :)
-
She tries to emulate the mannequins in the shop window to the left ??
An enjoyable scene for sure, whatever stand one takes to the issue at hand.

The guy on the right is packing a full winter fur on his chest and legs. I`m getting a mixed message here ;D

Nice capture. The photographer on the left corner turns this otherwise controversial protest into something to smile.

Well, you know, I don't see any problem, so long as the fur is not taken from others. :o ;D :o ;D
