Nikon F3 ASA dial - missing teeth

Hi all,

I’m working on a Nikon F3, and the ASA dial has broken compensation locking teeth. This seems very difficult to repair without replacing the dial with a new one, but I wanted to check here in case anyone has ideas or experience fixing this.
