Yes, WOW indeed. So there is at least some small market/interest for old Contax gear in Japan?

Contax was the last brand I used before "going digital" back in 2006, I have a few 139 bodies that may or may not work, and some old Zeiss lenses. And have been thinking over the years that it would be fun trying them on a digital camera. So when prices for the first and then second generation Sony A7 came down some years ago I told myself it was time for a "digital Contax". First I ordered the Novoflex Contax to E-mount adapter. That was a mistake. Because before actually buying the little Sony I checked it out in a local store, and was so disappointed with the electronic finder I just gave it all up.

Then just a couple of weeks ago (late, I know) I got my first Z7 (first generation), very very very nice to use with manual F-lenses.  So I have once again ordered a Novoflex adapter, for the Z-mount. Still waiting, but really looking forward to using my old Contax lenses again :)
