We have become used with f-mounts-85's as a standard for portraits including a certain amount of vignetting, fall-off, bokeh etc.
arguably thats different from the s-mount lens.

This lens is so nice the only neg i can think is the mfd of 1 mtr.

Yes.  Stepdown Ring with the Canon D500  77-->72mm or Step up With Nikon 6T   62-->72mm brings you a bit closer.

Or is there already a Nikon F - Nikon Z- adapter with macro-zoom?

March 8. Beach walk with the iphone11. In these type of photos, phone sensors clearly show their limited use. The light and its impact on the colours in the water were beautiful but the sensor was not capable of capturing it )or the software killed it). I even turned down contrast in PP but it did not do much good.
