A tamed bear! I have seen considerably better quality from a smartphone than this. I wonder if this truly is the best quality that particular model can deliver?

There is some motion blur - wind and a lightweight phone are not conducive to the highest quality. Plus afternoon with dropping light levels. Colours straight off the 'phone aren't that bad, but dynamic range is squished. I tried, partly in vain, to recover more detail around the eye sockets that are going too dark, but this is well-nigh hopeless when files are compressed this far.

However, the portrait did capture her personality and in the end that is what photography is all about. She requested a 30x45 cm print for the wall and she'll get that.

Looking on this images, I'm really happy that I have secured a good copy of both the 105/2.5AIS and 28/2.8AIS (20cm close limit). Both on your recomendation off course. You put theme to better use than I'm capable of, and it's a joy following this tread. Specially the "early morning shot" have a ceartain magic to the light, beautifully captured. Nordic summer is something special.

Enjoy the rest of the summer in this special place!

Equal rights, Sten. ... equal rights ...

Besides, we are not married despite having had a relationship running for 21 years. I'm tired of burying dead wives. Won't ever happen again.
