« on: March 01, 2022, 00:24:57 »
A fellow Nikon Club Nederland member would like to know the D850 Bayer pattern.
Does anyone know? Thanks in advance.

Here is a comprehensive description of the sensor and the rest of the D850

https://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/nikon-d850/nikon-d850A.HTM#q-and-a

Bayer color filter array is a standard layout RGB as far as I have ever heard, not shifted or any other fancy stuff ;)

All of these combinations are identical en masse, the only difference is which of the 4 pixels in the basic RGBG unit appears around the edges of the sensor :)

They all do, depending on which way you hold the camera.
