No flash could be used so I had the lights levelled to daylight
using some kind of horizontal blinds that were on the window.
The required setup was ISO 1250 + 1/60s + ƒ7,1 + 14mm.

After both your comments I revisited the shot and came up with
this final version they got this morning. Thank you! :P

I wonder why not 1/5s at ISO100 if you had a tripod?
To reduce the reflections you could also have tried a polarizer.

+1 and I would suggest to brighten the exposure by two stops - Nice selfie btw  :P :o

The owner was very nervous that we were still there at opening time
and the CP has proven not to be a good solution given the too many
angles of reflection.
