Salt grass and tidal flats - Boca Chica beach - southernmost in Texas at the mouth of the Rio Grande.  July 21, 2015 - Nikon D80, 16-85 lens.

Looks like a good place to go to get away from man made objects, with a big horizon and sky thrown in.

Looks like a good place to go to get away from man made objects, with a big horizon and sky thrown in.

About 5 miles in 4wd from the paved road.  Hopefully the area stays pristine - but lots of plans being discussed for development of all sorts.
