Robert, I completely agree with you. The globe looks better, thanks!

Thanks, Akira! Fun times produce fun images. :)

Thank you, Ann, for your nice words! Tremendous times, indeed.

Thanks you, David! Essentially I learned and got into photography thanks to my kids. It is only appropriate, I guess, that their images turn out the best.

Today I snorkeled again (and tried some globes/tubes, will post those later), but this time without the pop-up flash.
There was more than enough light - f/8; 1/200; ISO 160

Very nice underwater images! Is the rear lcd any use underwater ? or are you shooting blind ?

Tthe second mini planet gives a pretty good idea that the hotel is fantastic , makes me want to be there

Thank you, Armando :)

You barely see anything on the LCD screen, and even then you see a small area in front of you. So, I prefer to shoot blind and keep an eye out on ongoing traffic. I did set the AW1 in continuous shooting at 10fps to increase my chances of a good capture.
Something I couldn't do before when using the pop-up flash, which obviously is not needed. At least where I was shooting :)

The hotel was really fantastic. Great food, an aqua park, 7 swimming pools, many of which were heated.
It's just that I prefer the sea...

Wonderful fishy portraits — and all done with the simplest of equipment.

I have come across Boot-faced people from time to time . . . but a Bootfaced-fish is something entirely new to me!

Dear Ann,

Thank you so much for your nice words. Even the simplest of equipment nowadays is so good.
I had to look up the meaning of boot-faced :)

Best, Jakov
